(October 8th, 2008) -- Concept Haulers Speedway has been around for quite some time and Tyler loves these older tracks that have their own personality. This track has a bit of everything to offer and after walking the track one time Tyler knew this was his kind of track and thought he would do well here in Norway Ill. Friday practice went very well for Tyler as he was one of the quickest in every class he was running this weekend which would be HPV Jr lite and heavey & Yamaha Jr Supercan lite and heavey.

Saturday Tyler qualified 14 th in HPVLite and to our surprise POLE in Yamaha Jr Supercan Hvy. He would have impressive runs in each class Finishing 6 th in HPV prefinal and 3 rd in Yamaha jr supercan putting him up front for both finals. HPV final Tyler was running in the 9 th position after starting 6th a very aggressive turn 1 and 2 on the start as his kart was just coming in for the 18 lap final on lap4 Tyler made his way to 4 th position before another compeditor impatiently drove over the top of Tyler and ended both of their races early. Yamaha Jr Supercan did not go much better starting from 3 rd Tyler was in the lead pack and on lap 2 made a error in turn 7 that would cost him from challenging for the win and he would have to settle for 10 th.

Sunday Tyler qualified great again in HPV heavey 3 rd and Yamaha Jr Supercan lite 5 th. This was looking good for a rebound with any luck from Sat. HPV Tyler finished 3 rd in the prefinal and in Yamaha he finished 2 nd with the leader and him chacking out from the field setting Tyler up for a great starting spot in both finals once again. HPV final Tyler finished 3 rd after a great battle between the top 3 drivers and Yamaha Tyler finished 6 th with the front 8 karts battling to the end. Tyler was exited about running up front all weekend in his first year in the upper jr classes. Tylers next race will be in New Castls Indiana 8-15-08 / 8-17-08.
