(July 17th, 2007) -- Tyler made his first trip to South bend for round 2 of the wka manufacturers cup series. The track is a beautiful facility and fairly technical. Tyler had never made a lap around this track until practice day on 5-4-07 . The weekend started off a little rocky with some mechanical issues and never seemed to regain any momentum for the rest of the weekend. On race day Tyler ended up with only one top ten finish in cadet one and getting tangled up and not finishing Yamaha jr sportsman and having engine ignition problems in cadet 2. Tyler had a lot of misfortune this weekend and is looking forward to his next race at New Castle , Indiana for Stars of Karting East round 2.
